Review on Hamilton Beach 46310 Programmable Coffee Maker, 12 Cups, Easy Fill Front Access, Pause & Serve, 3 Brewing Options, Black by Jasmine Oliver

I carefully read other people's reviews before buying an item. We have been in need of a coffee maker for a long time, but I hesitated because each product had bad reviews. This coffee maker actually had the highest average rating of any reviewer, which was one of the reasons I chose it. Also, the bad reviews were written by a relatively small group of buyers who seemed to be unlucky (broken parts) or who wanted to make hot coffee. Not me. Anyway, my wife wasn't too thrilled at first that I bought the product from Hamilton Beach, as apparently this company is not known for high-end products. However, since we've been using this coffee maker, she's been pleasantly surprised. I am also very happy with all aspects of this coffee maker. From the ingenious design that lets you add water from the front to the easy removal of the used filter and sediment, the developers have done their homework. For those who love hot coffee, I can assure you that there are no heating issues. After reading the instruction manual, I could say that Hamilton Beach takes pride in their product and wants the consumer to enjoy great coffee (no, I don't work for them, although it sounds like I do). Anyway, I'm very happy with this purchase. Hope this helps someone with their solution.
