Works amazingly well
I suffer from many aches and pains, I work in a warehouse on the docks and my back gets so sore from many of the same repetitive movements, I put a piece of this on and I'm not in pain anymore.I use it on my knees, elbows, shoulders and even on my hands.My husband uses it too and one of our Co workers used it and now they order it too.Couldn't ask for anything better!You know this is what athletes use as well
