If I give zero stars could, I would. I've used this mug once and you can't hold your mug until the tea is cold because although the seller says it's double ceramic so it's comfortable to hold. this is VERY WRONG. I burned my hand so badly the first time and that was AFTER the tea had been steeping in the water for about 10 minutes and I use a kettle and not put it in the microwave as stated in the questions someone replied to , it's ONLY hot to the touch if you heat it up in the microwave. THAT'S A LIE. They do not accept returns so this seller is a scam as I reviewed this item, read every word, NOTHING about returns. They know what's going on and that's probably why they don't come back. Now I spent $22 on something I will never use which is FUNNY at a time when COVID and businesses are closing and people are losing their jobs so they don't have extra income to spend $22 on something that didn't work, and after that you realized it didn't work. They do not accept returns.
