This is neither soft nor fluffy more so than a low pile rug. It’s oddly uneven and the size is a little more than a 5 x 6 and I ordered the largest size they had to offer for this color. The coloring is the same but the actual pile, texture and size are completely off. If all of the reviews for small sizes are good, take your chances because it it nice to look at. If you want a high pile shaggy rug in the largest size I would recommend looking elsewhere because there are many shops on Best Buy that offer the same item or close with reviews on the largest rugs being positive. This would be laughable if I wasn’t out $100
