I am very tech savvy and have worked (very successfully) with several other tracking devices and was hoping this would help track my pet efficiently and accurately. It goes without saying that I do not generally recommend this product! Also the customer service is terrible, they only communicate via email and yet they don't seem to solve problems with adequate answers. Days also answer!
