This is more than I expected. The photo of the baby's head on the listing is NOT true. It's so much more! See the photo next to my size for a large adult hand. It's perfect for a preschooler but not too big for an older child. It comes with a mini battery slot screwdriver (thanks!), but it doesn't come with the three AAAs you need. It's quite bright when the child looks directly inside. But as a night light, it's the perfect brightness. Music and white noise parameters are good. I have another toy of this type from another seller. The light musical part is quite easy to reach. This one comes out so you can toss it in the washing machine (air dry) or change the batteries. But getting out of it is NOT very easy unless you have decent arm strength and fine motor skills, which the vast majority of preschoolers don't have. So I like this one more for that reason alone.
