These pants are not flexible and won't even let you lunge or raise your knee during a workout. They're worse than the old Umbro pants, so I'm not sure what happened between then and now. They're also a bit larger than expected, but feel kind of constricting. Bad shorts. The photo shows old and new trousers, both from Umbro, side by side. These are wider and shorter. Both sizes are L.
