Review on 🔥 Efficient Gray Dr. Heater DR-910F Shop Garage Heater for Optimal Heating Performance by Alexander Scharon

I have this Dr. heating in its 700 sqm. Feet with 12 foot blankets about 3 months ago. It is effective in raising the temperature by 30-40 degrees from room temperature in about 1 hour. After some initial heat circulation issues in such a high ceilinged room, a 6ft ceiling fan was installed to keep heat from pooling on the ceiling, which was efficient. The heating works well. Not sure why it needs a 60 amp circuit as it only draws about 35 amps at peak start and under 30 amps continuously. At first I had a problem with the thermostat being too high and turned off the unit. I contacted dr. She and Heather advised me to move the temperature sensor away from the device. It is attached to the rear ventilation grille of the device with a zipper. Moving was relatively efficient in getting more accurate temperature readings. I recently had a power surge caused by an exploded outdoor transformer. This caused significant damage to my heater. I took it apart, which was pretty easy, and found that the motherboard was blown (blown fuse, blown several transistors and resistors). I called dr. Heather for assistance. They immediately expertly advised me to go elsewhere to check the heater for damage and then directed me to a website where I could purchase a new circuit board for a very reasonable $15. I cannot stress enough how exceptional the customer service from Dr. heather is You pick up the phone when you call. They know their products at a very technical level and are willing to help and share information. They are also willing to sell you parts without dropping the price or trying to sell you a brand new heater. I never write reviews like this, but my experience of customer service with Dr. Heather was so outstanding I felt compelled to let everyone know. This is how good companies should operate. You didn't ask me to say any of this, but they deserve your attention and trust.
