I have been using this product for over 10 years. We have very hard water in San Antonio and my house doesn't have plumbing to use the water softener effectively. I decided for myself to watch as my glassware and china become cloudy and basically spoil, and my dishwasher is damaged by limescale deposits on the heating coil and elsewhere. A friend introduced us to this product. After a month of use, the carbon deposits on the dishwasher heating coil have disappeared. Unfortunately most of my glasses were ruined but new glasses remain crystal clear. Use as directed, this is a product that really works in hard water.
