Review on KingArt PRO Soft Core Collection Pencil Set: 72 Unique Colors - Complete 72 Piece Set by Sara Hunter

This is a great set. First, it comes in a large tin box, not a cardboard container like a set of crayons. There are two bowls for 36 colors each, and the manufacturer even sorted them directly by color (the first thing I do with a set of crayons or colored pencils is to arrange them in a spectrum!). The pencils themselves are beautiful, with a smooth outer surface and a lead-colored "back end". The colors are varied (no duplicates as advertised) and the slates are richly colored and match the paper well. I've been drawing since I was "knee deep," as the old saying goes, and this is by far the best set of colored pencils I've ever had. Damn they looked so pretty in the box I didn't want to try them!
