Works great when it works - really great! However, I iron 10-12 shirts and pants a week, so I consider myself a moderate user. I have bought 3 of these irons over the last few years and each had the same issue with the steam selector knob/piston. After about 4 or 5 months of use, the steam piston button which is on the top of the handle will start to stick and stick to the frame inside making it less usable or able to emit steam. Seems crazy I would buy the same product 3 times but now I've learned my lesson. Like I said, you can't hit him when he's working, but this iron should be avoided. The shark needs to know that there is a problem with the iron.
