Easy to use and clean.
It is easy to use and shows the temperature immediately. Temperature measurements are fast. I've used it to test doneness when cooking outdoors on a grill and also for roast chicken cooked in the oven. The tip is not sharp but penetrates the flesh without leaving a gaping hole. Easy to clean as it is water-repellent. Simply wipe and rinse after use. Excellent purchase!
