I like how simple it is to configure. You don't need any specific training or experience in artificial intelligence to get started. It's easy to set up and get going. The customer support is also top notch. It has helped us to automate our lead scoring process which will help our sales teams to identify potential leads faster. With so many products out there it can be difficult to know what would be best for you. I have to admit that as a non-technical person myself, I'm not sure how well it works with other platforms but once we figured out how it worked we've been able to scale quickly.
