Comes off the clasp too easily

Easy to resize with a kit but mine has fallen apart twice trying to carry something in my hands. Anything that twisted the strap a bit caused the spring bar that attaches to the clasp to fall out. I've always been able to find it, but I don't want to lose my Fitbit and I'm tired of fixing it.
