Works great! Delivered well, looks and functions as expected. Good capacity (took 20 people and served a few Indian dishes so supplemented this with other insulated containers I already had). The food stayed pleasantly warm for 3 hours without drying out. IMPORTANT NOTE: The instructions clearly state that this item must be heated on high power for 10 minutes before first use. Even though I did this (actually I did it for 20 minutes to be extra careful) I found he was still giving off those smells after 3 hours at the party. However, you would never have noticed if you 1) didn't know what to expect and 2) got your nose pretty close to the device.
