Could have been better and there is a lot of condensation on the inside of the lids but they do the job and look great on a serving table. Holidays and family dinners just got brighter thanks to these serving buffets.

I opened the box and was somewhat left behind, especially after reading other reviews of these products. The trays are incredibly small - don't know how they were used at parties - unless the party was a 4 person party. The ONLY reason I'm rating this 3 is the presentation. Fantastic advertising team.

Bought two of these on a lightning sale. For the reduced price I would say this is a good buy. This is a good product. Food was easy to reheat, easy to use, easy to wash. My guest was impressed. I would suggest putting them up for sale, my only complaint is that the regular price seems a bit high for this size.

Good for the price but many cons1. Terrible burning smell. Doesn't burn out after 10 minutes. More like 4 hours. At least 2. There are no latches on the pans as seen in the photos.3. It takes forever - and I mean forever - to reheat food. I guess my mistake was that I cooked the food the day before and assumed I could put chilled food on this heater and it would get hot. This was an amazing purchase. I bought 2 of these which worked great as we ended up with 6 side dishes. I was able to fit 3 1/2 pounds of garlic butter puree in the tray. I made my sweet potato strudel (5 pounds) in a different pan. These trays seem small, but they are deeper than I thought and can easily feed 12 people. It kept our Thanksgiving dinner warm for several hours.

Works great! Delivered well, looks and functions as expected. Good capacity (took 20 people and served a few Indian dishes so supplemented this with other insulated containers I already had). We had two months and used them 3 times to entertain guests in our party room. Works as it should. Keeps food very warm to hot, but not so hot that it dries out. We've used it on chicken wings, toasted ravolli, pizza rolls, meatballs, bacon wrapped little smokey and more. Worked perfectly for her. There's no reason to think it won't work on other items.
