Good for the price but many cons1. Terrible burning smell. Doesn't burn out after 10 minutes. More like 4 hours. At least 2. There are no latches on the pans as seen in the photos.3. It takes forever - and I mean forever - to reheat food. I guess my mistake was that I cooked the food the day before and assumed I could put chilled food on this heater and it would get hot. After a maximum of 3 hours it hardly got warm. I had to put it in a microwavable bowl, reheat the food and put it back on the heater (on high) and *hope* the heater would keep it warm. Which actually wasn't. It was fun.4. The metal frame that holds the pots in place is very thin and flimsy. If mishandled, it can cut off your finger. Be careful when cleaning. It also becomes crooked very easily on a heating pad.5. The temperature dial rotates about 3/4 inch from low to high when it does. I don't even know if this thing has a temperature range. Honestly, I regret buying this item! This made serving dinner to friends more stressful than it used to be! Find out more and don't be fooled by the low price. Sometimes it's worth paying a little more and getting something that does what it's supposed to. Disappointed.
