This was an amazing purchase. I bought 2 of these which worked great as we ended up with 6 side dishes. I was able to fit 3 1/2 pounds of garlic butter puree in the tray. I made my sweet potato strudel (5 pounds) in a different pan. These trays seem small, but they are deeper than I thought and can easily feed 12 people. It kept our Thanksgiving dinner warm for several hours.
