The back unscrews
I like that the back unscrews so you don't have to strain your ears to put them on. But it's also bad because it can sting the skin. I strongly recommend not buying this if you plan on using this stretch. Wear only when they have healed. Also, since it screws on at the back, I recommend taking it off and cleaning it often. Apart from that it looks great.
