I'm not a demanding woman but this flat iron was really terrible! He pulls my hair and tries to straighten it and I have to repeat the strand a few times. I had it on the highest heat setting and it didn't seem hot enough to straighten the first time. Also feels cheap. My 10 year old Revlon straightener works better than this one!
