Great love love love!

What can I say, I've never seen a Tim Holtz product that I didn't like! If you are planning to make Christmas/Winter cards or love scrapbooking, even mixed media Christmas projects, you can't go wrong with this one. I just received them yesterday and couldn't wait to try them out. They turn out beautifully. I have used in my cuttlebug, every cuttlebug is different as i was told so follow the directions but this was the sandwich that worked best for me: (starting from the bottom) plate A, rubber mat, plate B (on that I cut I always leave a B panel for the bottom and don't cut it - goes through the car better), material side up, stamp side down (use low tack masking tape to seal it in place), panel B (no cut ), then I either put a piece of cardboard or a piece of medium-weight chipboard on top. As the instructions say, go through it three times. As I did so, they popped up perfectly. I didn't see the need for wax paper or reflective foil often used to release stamps. You may not need cardboard or chipboard and mine I have used one or the other at times, it depends you will know that nothing can be punched to avoid damaging your CBug. You will not regret this purchase if you're just looking for big words, but they, although small, will create a hugh effect even on a 12x12 scrapbook page and will be amazing on cards, tags, etc. Use a sticky stick as they are very narrow, this makes application much easier. By the way, they seem to be cut and embossed at the same time, they look a bit clumsy, very beautiful. Advice:

Pros
  • Die Design Size 3 1/2" x 1" - 3/4" x 1"
Cons
  • No Power
