The system has great potential. Our residents love the call button because it's big and easy to press. The pager works fine until the battery dies. We have a problem with the main unit. The power adapter cannot be fully connected. This causes the device to turn off in the event of a slight impact. I contacted the production company about our problem and they refused to help us. Bad customer service as far as I know. Very disappointed as they make great products and we were happy to add more of their products as needed. Unfortunately, we have 6 call buttons, 2 pagers, a remote control button to turn off the call, these products work perfectly. If only the main unit had a fork that stuck all the way in. Would have sent it back but we bought it before we were really ready to use it daily so the 30 day return policy has already expired. We tested it first and it worked, but we didn't realize the plug wasn't fully inserted until we started using it under normal circumstances.
