Efficient Caregiver 433 📡 SYS Channel Central Monitoring System Review

I have a small 6 bed nursing home. I just received and installed this system on 7/16/14. Has been running for 6 hours now. After initial evaluation and testing, it was a definite improvement over our old wireless doorbell system we bought from Home Depot. In general I am satisfied with the characteristics. The system has great potential. Our residents love the call button because it's big and easy to press. The pager works fine until the battery dies. We have a problem with the main unit. The power adapter cannot be fully connected. This causes the device to turn off in the event of a slight impact. I contacted the production company about our problem and they refused to help us.
