Overall I'm happy with the features

I have a small 6 bed nursing home. I just received and installed this system on 7/16/14. Has been running for 6 hours now. After initial evaluation and testing, it was a definite improvement over our old wireless doorbell system we bought from Home Depot. In general I am satisfied with the characteristics. A blatant blemish is immediately apparent, hence only 4 stars. The care pager does not have a built-in remote reset function. The reset button comes at an extra cost, but adds another element

Great potential if only our device were wired correctly.

The system has great potential. Our residents love the call button because it's big and easy to press. The pager works fine until the battery dies. We have a problem with the main unit. The power adapter cannot be fully connected. This causes the device to turn off in the event of a slight impact. I contacted the production company about our problem and they refused to help us. Bad customer service as far as I know. Very disappointed as they make great products and we were happy to add more of…

Good system for older parents in the house

After my mother fell over trying to get to bed, I decided it was time for some sort of paging system. I was across the house and couldn't hear her calling - at 83 her voice fades. She also has a habit of "talking" to the TV and making loud comments when she's reading her audiobooks, so I often can't figure out if she's calling me or just hanging out, and I kept running into her room, to see if she had to. there was something That makes you tired quickly!
