An inexpensive way to immerse yourself in Android and the cloud

I've had this tablet for a few days. I set it up and connected in minutes, installed all the apps I used on the go and I'm very satisfied! The old-school PC user is finally getting used to everything that now lives in the cloud, so I don't have to spend a lot of money on CPU or storage space. I need a lightweight device with a larger screen than my phone and keyboard, specifically for email and web, social media, and casual gaming. Navigating on Android takes some getting used to. Fortunately, I already use all Google apps, so I am familiar with many of them. Once I've signed in with my Gmail address, everything I use is right there and feels familiar enough. It comes with 60 GB of free storage space. After installing all the apps I use regularly, I still have almost 90% left. Since all my photos and documents are in the cloud, I can't imagine needing more local storage. Out of the box, the battery was 97% charged and after 3 hours of use, mainly in continuous use, it dropped to 53%. I was intrigued by the promised extras (foldable case, keyboard, mouse, pen!) and was amazed at how easy everything was to integrate. Of course, the touchscreen is all I need most of the time.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Sad hardware
