I've only had this toaster for about a week and it works great. I tried setting #3 first as most toasters show it as medium brown, but it was too dark for me. 2 on 21.2 just right. I was surprised at how light the toaster was for its size and it didn't smell as it's stainless steel. My decision to buy this toaster was made thanks to all the good reviews I received, as I looked at many of them before buying!
