I bought a new ac5400 wireless router from a third party last Christmas. Wanted to upgrade my network connection to provide faster speeds for family and to support our gaming habits. The router has been used normally (as my router has been working fine for the last 6 years). The new top router ac5400 stopped working just 3 months after purchase. When I bought it, the item was brand new in the packaging. The $300 router didn't even last 3 months. I tried contacting support regarding this, even though they responded so quickly. I was told that they could not guarantee the device as it was not purchased through them. So beware buyers. They don't endorse their products. I'm not paying full price but I paid a lot of money for this router and the fact that it couldn't last more than three months is just disgusting. I ran out of money I spent but maybe I can save one of you from doing business with this company. Attention buyers
