I've never seen worse! Horrible purchase.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a passionate supporter of Samsung in contrast to the iPhone. I was absent from S3 and S4 for a considerable amount of time at one point. In order to avoid taking a shower for the next couple of years, I made the decision to save up some money and purchase an expensive phone. The GLASS ON THE BACK COVER was the only thing that put me off purchasing the product. The most recent Samsung models were also prevalent in my immediate environment, and I observed that ALL of the devices' back coverings had been Shattered. We bought a Samsung A7 phone for my mum a few weeks before the actual purchase; what do you think of it? After letting it sit for a few days, he takes it out of the bag, only to discover that the back has a crack in it. Headed to a store called the food store. And so it is that the time has come for me to place an order for a S7 for myself, and as I do so, I am filled with hope, telling myself that because they are all crooked, everything will be well with my phone, and there will not even be the least scratch. I didn't waste any time and purchased a branded case as well as protective glass for the screen. I am filled with delight as I enter my home, and I place the phone on a chair. When I brush up against a chair by accident as I'm walking, the phone launches itself off the chair and lands on the flooring. I take a look, and he has cracks all over his face! I suppose that's fine, there shouldn't be any issues! When a month had passed, I first became aware of a particular flaw: when you put the phone on charge, it quickly becomes quite hot, but the battery does not replenish itself. The situation becomes even more frustrating when, while you are having a conversation with another person, the phone unexpectedly reboots itself.
