Review on 📸 Pentax AF540FGZ II Flash: Elevate Your Photography with this Must-Have for Pentax DSLR Cameras by Adam Martin

The AF360FGZ has been around for a few years now and we've used it a lot. When the AF 540FGZ II arrived I was amazed to find that it was slightly smaller than the AF360, although slightly heavier. The AF560FGZII is a great performer. So far I've used it mostly with PTTL and it's been accurate every time. Flip/rotate helps create soft, interesting lighting for portraits, even when the flash is on-camera. I am very happy with the flash. The price is a bit higher than we'd like, but it's worth it for the extra features and weather protection in a small package. I also always want Pentax products whenever possible. Update About a month ago, the flash was taking a very long time to charge. Even with fresh batteries often up to a minute or more. I took it in for warranty repair and they said they cleaned and repaired all the ports and contacts and restored it to factory specs. Works just as bad as before. I'll probably send it again, but it's very frustrating. I need to lower my star rating. up to 3 for specs but not for performance.
