Review on Aerolatte Original HandHeld Frother Satin by Ryo Flora

This is my second Aerolat. I would still have my first but left it with relatives and just kept it for myself. After more than 8 years this old one still works. I ordered a new one here last month and it died after a month of use and I went on vacation for a week in said month. I've only used it for stirring coffee and hot chocolate for kids. No hard work to make sure the thing breaks. Conveniently, I was able to start the return process in the app. They even offer the possibility of exact replacement. Sweet. Here is my problem. i have prime This has top priority. Why do I have to wait 10 days to get a replacement? I could repurchase it and get it over a week early! moral of the story. Ask Amazon to return the money and buy the product again. How in the world of Prime doesn't that apply to item exchanges?
