They're good as long as you don't go over 400 degrees when cooking on the stove. But if you exceed that temperature, you'll ruin the finish and the food will stick to the pans. It was really disappointing. I now use these pans for things like eggs that require a lower heat. However, I use stainless steel pans for anything that requires high heat. I think if I had to do it all over again I would skip this product and just buy a nonstick egg pan to match my stainless steel cookware. Great idea, but in my view the extreme temperature makes these pans less usable.
