We love this set! ABSOLUTELY STICK FREE Use a lower temperature for quick and even cooking. The laundry is quick. They seem much more durable than other pans, they say you can use metal, I haven't done that yet. Brought all our old pots and pans to Goodwill. Now I have more space in my closet!

I still don't understand how much oil was used in cooking - No oil is used after purchasing this set of dishes and it is very easy to wash. There was a case where a pot of rice was left on the stove - of course the rice was burnt and I was afraid my pan was spoiled - I was so happy when the burnt part was erased with a sponge stroke. YES is the best. I highly recommend this set to any new chef, new home or wedding gift.

The brand new 10" ready to use pan wasn't as nonstick as the other Gotham Steel coating that has lasted us YEARS! I wish I knew it's a different finish. We bought this set because it wasn't much more for the whole set compared to buying 2 pans which we wanted separately. Gravy boats are ok as I couldn't cook much in stick. But if you want a truly non-stick surface for your pan, this isn't it.

They're good as long as you don't go over 400 degrees when cooking on the stove. But if you exceed that temperature, you'll ruin the finish and the food will stick to the pans. It was really disappointing. I now use these pans for things like eggs that require a lower heat. However, I use stainless steel pans for anything that requires high heat. I think if I had to do it all over again I would skip this product and just buy a nonstick egg pan to match my stainless steel cookware. Great idea…

More hype than truth, like most AS Seen On TV products. When I bought them I didn't know they were going to be on TV or I would have run and left. The truth is, cookware can work just fine as long as you use a lower temperature, handle it with kid gloves, and keep whatever you're cooking on a low heat. I've been using Gotham Steel pans for a while now and really like them. Eventually I convinced myself to replace my 35 year old student pans and was determined to buy a set of Gotham Steel pans. Well it was a test. I already had one large and two small pans, as well as a square fryer/fryer. So I no longer needed pans. I looked everywhere ONLY for pans. I could get the largest pasta pots individually and maybe a 3 liter pot. But not small. And individually even these few were super expensive. So

I bought my first Gotham Steel pan from CVS a while back and thought it was fantastic. This frying pan has not let me down and I still use it. However, I bought the set not long ago and had a terrible experience with this set. My first experience was with one of the pots, when I looked closely I saw the gold layer was peeling off. I spoke to Gotham and they replied that I had to send them a pot with a check to cover each other's shipping and handling. Today I checked all my pans and pots to see
