I've been using Gotham Steel pans for a while now and really like them. Eventually I convinced myself to replace my 35 year old student pans and was determined to buy a set of Gotham Steel pans. Well it was a test. I already had one large and two small pans, as well as a square fryer/fryer. So I no longer needed pans. I looked everywhere ONLY for pans. I could get the largest pasta pots individually and maybe a 3 liter pot. But not small. And individually even these few were super expensive. So I finally found this set which included three small/medium pots, one large pot and TWO MORE PANS! I love hand washing them, even when used to toast food they just wipe down. I cooked some ribs, then added the sticky sauce and put them in the oven. and it was so easy to clean even though it looked so burnt. Note that pot lid handles are HOT, you will need gloves to lift the lid. But since the handles are metal, all this can be sent to the oven. Aside from only being able to buy small pots, my second wish would be for sturdy but ovenproof handles,
