The truth is, cookware can work just fine as long as you use a lower temperature, handle it with kid gloves, and keep whatever you're cooking on a low heat. The coating cracks when cooking with metal utensils. I found a realistic YouTube reviewer that showed how they would work, but for most people they're too picky to be practical. The company's guarantee phone line goes to a location in New York for every As Seen On TV item, but when you listen to the tape, they don't even mention their product!? Any company that forwards you to a black hole phone number and makes you pay to ship their products back deserves respect in my opinion. $100 poorer now, but I'll buy quality cookware like Calphalon stainless steel.
