I bought this to finish a project for a client on both sides of a building. The product would not allow me to set up the network and I tried to contact tech support. Tech support is only available via email and replies with a form asking for a lot of information before even contacting me. I provided information and asked a question about the installation - they simply ignored each question and asked for more technical information instead of taking 3 minutes to answer if it's practical or even possible on this network. I ended up having to return the device as it couldn't be configured, tech support wasted my time (which I can't charge the customer for as I was essentially working for free and I'm troubleshooting, emailing and then had to send back the items.)
