I don't know which picture the 3 star reviewer saw (or maybe the wrong product was sent?) but they look exactly like the picture. The bifocal part is basically a sticker on the lens, but after a week or so it holds up well. I also bought a more expensive pair of In Style Eyes Selleck's Bifocal Reading Glasses for Men and Women/Black 1.00 ($8 more at the time of purchase) as my budget allowed for a bit more and I was hoping they would be worth the extra cost, but the only benefit was the hard case, not the $8 hard case (and I returned it). So if you're looking for reading glasses like these, there's no need to spend more (unless you need a hard case). I don't want to buy separately)) They work and I would say that they are suitable for a medium-sized face (they are a bit small on my head, but almost all of them are non-standard). These are my first bifocals (you only need glasses for small details) so I don't have a frame of reference, but after a few days I got used to having to look at different areas depending on where everything is. I checked it out.
