The ability for me as an internal user (as opposed of external) was that I could create my own templates which made it easy enought o keep things organized in one place instead if having them scattered all over different places within our org structure/project system etc..
It would be nice though with more customization options or even better integration into other systems like Jira so we don't have duplicate data entry but rather just use what's already there! Also sometimes when creating new tasks they are not linked correctly back up to their original task making finding certain documents very time consuming since everything has been moved around from where ever before this update happened!!
