I bought this 2 carat moissanite solitaire for $79. The value for money is INCREDIBLE. It's not a thick shaft, which underscores my penchant for thin metal constructions. The frame/prongs appear strong enough for a silver setting. (You always want gold/platinum if you're planning prongs that will last more than a few years or if they're going to be roughly handled.) This ring was confirmation for me that moissanite is for me, and damn YOU ARE FOR ME ! So shimmering and clean. Only thing I wish we could order our actual size instead of this squeezing situation. I believe this feature encourages accessibility so all the stars are preserved!
