Very happy with this product. Moissanite is very white and cuts very well. The setting is ok, I think it will work as a temporary setting but not forever. I bought this for the moissanite itself and put it in a stronger setting. The box is absolutely beautiful and I will keep it forever. This is a beautiful vintage style velvet box. I bought this 2 carat moissanite solitaire for $79. The value for money is INCREDIBLE. It's not a thick shaft, which underscores my penchant for thin metal constructions. The frame/prongs appear strong enough for a silver setting. (You always want gold/platinum if you're planning prongs that will last more than a few years or if they're going to be roughly handled.) UPDATE: 5 to 4 stars. After a month of wear the silver tarnished slightly and although it was so at first it seems to have softened a bit. I took it off to clean it and it lost its shape. The teeth have even loosened. Happy with the stone but needs a new setting for durability. One star deducted for that.
