My wife and I recently adopted a 7 month old kitten named Jazz and needed a bag for vet visits and for a future move to a new apartment. We weren't sure if she'd like the bag, but she seemed to like it and felt comfortable in it during our test drive on the sidewalk of our New York City apartment. We tried a duffel style bag and it wasn't a fan, so we're glad we found a bag that worked and was comfortable to carry. Here's what we received: 1 brown/tan bag, love the style and have already had compliments from family. 2 main hole caps: flat plastic mesh cap and clear plastic dome cap. The dome makes her look like an astronaut. 1. Light brown cushion that can be hand washed. 1. A blue portable cup that we will use in the summer. . The seller was very helpful and helpful and would say that I was happy with their customer service. It's not flimsy, won't flex or move when all the zips are closed, so I could stand it without use for long periods of time. Don't use it in winter when it's too cold, and if you need to use it, put a thick blanket on the bottom of the bag and cover the bag when traveling. We intend to use it when it gets warmer here in New York but so far our kitty is perfectly snug in the bag and loves to hang around during the day when we have her. We love it!
