We've just updated all of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and wanted to add handles and pulls to drawers and cabinets to reduce nail damage to the finish. After reading reviews of arrows made mostly of plastic, I bought this model, which is made of better materials, justifying the price difference. Since some people have had issues with the squareness of cheaper jigs, after adjusting the dimensions of my gear I checked the squareness with a square and found that it was square. I then drilled test holes in a piece of scrap metal and found again that the holes came out square and lined up correctly with the holes in my drawer handle where the holes were drilled in 3" increments. since there are two adjustment screws on the tee with enough play, i can see where it can deviate slightly from the square, but i recommend checking the correctness with another square to be on the safe side. I do the same thing when adjusting the guide bar on my table saw. In any case, I highly recommend having this tool in your arsenal when installing knobs or handles on cabinets.
