One size doesn't fit all.
At first they said the flannel is on the inside, but the way it's sewn most of the flannel is on the outside. It's not adjustable at all. So if you don't know the exact sizes of your birds, risk half the size. The fabric is more elastic than anything else, so the bird will stretch it and put its paw or head in the wrong hole. DO NOT BUY.
