I like how easy it was for my team (even non-technical) people could use this software, they were able pull data in real time from our website without having any prior coding knowledge or experience needed! We also used live chat so we can give immediate feedback while interacting via video calls which helps improve overall customer service as well!! Sometimes when using the dashboard you'd be unable see certain sections of your screen if there's not much traffic/load happening but other than those few minor things everything worked out great :) Would love more options such has adding multiple pages into one section where user would navigate through them all rather then have separate tabs instead maybe? Like an example page 1 tab might show stats about users who visited last month vs today etc versus another showing recent new visitors by state only - something along these lines i guess..
But otherwise absolutely no complaints at least during beta testing stage ;) Definitely recommend trying.
