I just got these and they are exactly as described, sturdy and soft. I bought them as a replacement for the band I got in physical therapy, that my cat promptly shredded. I am giving it 3 stars because the are supposed to hook you up with some exercises on line. When you click on the QR code it takes you to messenger and you are supposed to tap on the get started button. However if you do, you are giving them permission to view your public info on Facebook which I do not like. They do not need my Facebook or contact info.
