Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with the Timeson online store. I had a number of problems, ranging from the caliber of their items to their customer support, which made me feel annoyed and dissatisfied. The clothes I bought had rough textures and irregular stitching, and I felt like they were produced cheaply and poorly. After just a few hours of wear, the shoes I received blistered and were uncomfortable. Even the jewelry, which appeared stunning online, was weak and created with poor materials in person. I attempted to return these things, but the procedure was time-consuming and frustrating. It took me several letters and days to get a response, and when I did, they weren't eager to give me a complete refund. Even worse, the checkout procedure was cumbersome and slow. I had to repeatedly re-enter my information, and the website frequently crashed, leading me to lose my progress and have to start over. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone who is considering purchase at the Timeson online store to reconsider. Although their website may appear enticing, their items' quality and level of customer service are far from satisfactory. I won't be doing any more purchasing with them in the future.
