These toothpicks come in a box which is about 5" x 3" x 1". The toothpicks themselves are 3.5 inches long. The small red "dots" are just over a quarter of an inch. I think they look a little bigger in the photos than they really are. The "white" part of the pick is about 2.5 inches long. They're certainly attractive, but cost over thirteen dollars and aren't cheap. Follow the link below. You get the exact same skewers, but 6 inches long, and they currently cost almost the same.
