They work very poorly and the instructions are absurd

They ONLY work well on carpets . But I was able to slide plastic plates under the furniture and slide them across the carpet. For heavy furniture, they are not suitable for any of the hard floors in our home, including tile and cement. They work great for light furniture. But I DON'T NEED THEM FOR LIGHT FURNITURE! Here's the best part. Instructions: Instructions for use.1. The universal design that includes almost all furniture.2. Installation that is easy. Hmm, what are those instructions? I had to go online to check which side is up as I have never seen a product like this up close. LAUGH OUT LOUD
