I don't want to look like Andy Rooney so I bought these to trim my unruly brows. Scissors and comb are packed in a small plastic bag. They make a solid and well-made impression. Even the comb is nice, the plastic is thick. They are quite small, which is ideal for precision work. The scissors work very smoothly. They are good and sharp out of the box. They fixed my brows quickly. The comb helps prepare things for a haircut. Overall these are very good scissors at a reasonable price - I recommend!
