The app gives you all information about your shipment in few seconds! I think it could be more user friendly for international shipments but that's not so important as long we have enough options to pick from when sending an order internationally (eBay). It helps me know where my goods are at any time thanks to live tracking which saves precious hours each day compared before using other apps or services like UPS/DHL etc.. I like the fact that I can see all the shipments I have on the platform. I can also see the status of the shipments. I also like the fact that I can track my shipments and the shipments of my clients. I dislike the fact that sometimes the system is slow and I have to wait for a long time before I can see the information that I am looking for. I am solving the problem of tracking shipments.
