You must have had a monkey with a percussion gun twist this at the factory because more than half of the screws didn't come out with the screwdriver provided. Just undress. I ended up having to drill out most of the screws, which was an utter pain. For this reason I am giving this product a bad rating. Another reason this product gets a low rating is that my Pi had a short somewhere and wouldn't boot. It's completely ridiculous that this can even happen. Okay I got it working so that's it.
