This scanner looks good and its LCD is absent from similar scanners. It comes with batteries but no internal storage or micro SD card. So factor that into your overall price. Why two stars - well because the one I got didn't work. There are two problems. First, the photos are not scanned properly. I scanned them first without using the adjustable slider as a guide. The photographs passed the scanner at an angle. When I used the guide to feed them straight, they mostly backed up or stopped. The second problem I ran into was switching to USB mode. Pressing Enter should put the device into USB mode, allowing you to view the contents of the SD card. In about 9 out of 10 cases nothing happened. I have requested a refund from the seller. Once this is complete I will update this review when I receive a new block.
